Quotes from Gillian Ellsay (Courtenay) - gold in women's criterium

On the race

"It was pretty hard, being out in front that long. But, I I knew that everyone else was in the group off my team. So, I knew if I got brought back, we had the numbers to go again so it was good."

On her racing experience at the Canada Games
"Everyone gets along so well.  We're all pretty chill so it's been fun."

On winning two gold medals in Winnipeg
"It's cool. Cool way to finish off the season, this is my last race of the season."
