Pins Pins Pins
|
Pin trading can be a sport in itself at many large sporting functions, with many avid collectors travelling to the Games just to collect and trade pins, and the Canada Summer Games are no exception. Team BC has a collection of nine unique pins for these Games, all designed to celebrate a different aspect of Team BC and the Canada Games.
The Pod of Orcas was designed as three individual pins that can also be connected as a puzzle. This pin symbolizes the beauty of uniqueness and individuality, and also the power and magnificence that comes when diverse groups unite as one.
The Birthday Cake pin celebrates both the 50th Anniversary of the Canada Games, as well as Canada 150.
The limited edition Cheer Whale pin introduces Team BC’s new mascot and will be presented as a special gift to acknowledge outstanding sportsmanship through team spirit, fan support, or athlete achievement on or off the field. Watch for special contests to win one of these!
