Cross country skiier Alysson Marshall (Enderby) will lead Team BC into the Closing Ceremonies of the 2011 Canada Winter Games Sunday.

Boxing took centre stage at the 2011 Canada Winter Games Friday with the Gold medal finals being the hottest ticket in town.

Team BC currently stands in third place in the medal count at the Canada Games with 75, only one less than the total won at the previous Canada Winter Games in Whitehorse, with three days of competition still to go.

Team BC's badminton team earned a full set of medals, the figure skaters had a six-medal haul and the men of judo won two gold medals.  Those were just some of Wednesday's highlights with four days left to go at the 2011 Canada Winter Games in Halifax and Team BC sitting in third place in the medal standings.
