Team BC tennis wrapped up their Canada Games today, competing for gold in all five events held at Centre Rock Forest.  Quinn Moberg (Garibaldi Highlands) made history today, winning bronze in the inaugural mountain bike men's sprint. This year marks the first time this event has been held at a Canada Summer Games.

Cross country skiier Alysson Marshall (Enderby) will lead Team BC into the Closing Ceremonies of the 2011 Canada Winter Games Sunday. 

It started in Halifax with the Mitten Project at the 2011 Canada Winter Games and now in Kamloops at the upcoming Western Canada Summer Games, The ABC’s of Team BC Legacy Project will collect and donate new and gently used books for the children of Kamloops.

Team BC ended two weeks of competition at the 2011 Canada Winter Games in Halifax Sunday with one of its best medal counts at a Canada Winter Games.
