The Canada Games Council has announced that two-time Olympic medalist Jennifer Heil and two-time Paralympic medalist Bo Hedges will be the ambassadors of the Canada Games Activity Challenge.
Kelly Guest will represent Team BC at the 2017 Canada Summer Games as the Lead Coach, and Laura Medcalf will be joining the Team staff as Manager.
The Canada Games Council announced the Canada Games Activity Challenge as a Canada 150 Signature Project, supporting children and teachers in Canadian classrooms to build daily active healthy habits.
Team BC alumna Grace Northrop of Prince George competed at the 2015 Canada Winter Games. She is now taking her talents and experience to coaching and was an apprentice coach at the 2016 BC Winter Games.
