Thirty-six young men attended a selection camp at the University of Victoria last weekend with hopes of making the Under 18 Men's provincial team competing at the 2009 Canada Summer Games in August. While taking input from several national coaches on hand, BC Head Coach, Tom Larisch and Assistant Coach, Adam Roberts still had the unenviable task of narrowing the thirty-six down to a squad of twenty-five.
The following list of athletes will represent British Columbia in PEI at the Canada Summer Games, which only happen every 4 years. More detailed information will be provided on the athletes and management team after August 1. Please visit www.teambc.org for all information. The Gold Medal Rugby Match will be Televised live by TSN on Saturday, August 22nd at 8 AM (PST). The following list of players will be doing every thing they can to be in that national final:
